The Tesla Model 3 in question will probably not be back on the road soon and will have to undergo various checks. But since this is fresh water from the pool and not salt water, damage to the battery may be irrelevant.
Conversely, salt water can cause corrosion. And it would certainly be more dangerous not to eventually replace the battery of the electric car.
